就像我在創作時善待自己一樣牌卡的使用方法:
1.自由牌卡:自由地將牌卡排列,就像是將拼圖一般,逐漸組合出一幅屬於您自己的「擁抱脆弱」畫面
2.情緒穩定:在情緒波動或感到困惑時,從牌中取出一張,讓文字和圖像引導你,重新連結內的得自己,接受自己的脆弱
3.日常靈感與提醒:每天取一張牌卡,可放置書桌前或是其他常見位置,讓其文字與圖像帶給你啟發,讓生活中充滿光與愛
4.自我覺察:在靜坐或靜心時使用牌卡,抽取一張並專注於其意義。透過反思和內在觀察,尋找與牌卡所呈現的訊息相關的靈性成長和自我覺察的機會
5.分享與祝福:將牌卡送給需要的親朋好友,或在特殊場合贈送,以此表達你對他們的愛與祝福,分享給別人也是分享你的療癒與成長
6.書寫療癒:每日書寫心情日記時,運用牌卡帶給你的訊息,與內在對話,更透徹的感受真實的自我This set of cards consists of a total of 12 pieces, each hand-drawn. The texts on the cards are derived from the most intuitive emotional flows while writing in a diary. When exploring inner emotions, using the cards helps to understand deeper meanings. Practice avoiding excessive criticism and fully accepting your true self with a peaceful heart. This set of cards brings you light and love, just as I treat myself with kindness during creation.
Methods of using the cards:
- Free arrangement: Arrange the cards freely, like assembling a puzzle, gradually forming a picture of “Embracing Vulnerability” that belongs to you.
- Emotional stability: When experiencing emotional fluctuations or confusion, draw a card and let its words and images guide you, reconnecting with yourself and accepting your vulnerability.
- Daily inspiration and reminders: Take a card every day and place it on your desk or other visible places, letting its words and images inspire you, filling your life with light and love.
- Awareness: Use the cards during meditation or quiet moments, draw one, and focus on its meaning. Through reflection and inner observation, seek spiritual growth and opportunities for self-awareness related to the messages conveyed by the cards.
