本網站販售之商品多為原作、限量印刷品與手作創作，皆具唯一性。因此所有商品恕不接受退貨，亦不接受因個人喜好退換貨（如色差、不符預期等）。

若商品有重大瑕疵或運送破損，請於 48 小時內 提供作品與外箱照片。為保障雙方權益，建議您開箱時全程錄影，以作為必要憑證。

客製化作品 一律不接受退換貨。

Most items are original artworks, limited prints, or handmade pieces with unique characteristics.
Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges for personal preference (including color variation or “not as expected”).

If your order arrives with significant damage or defects, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging.
For your protection and mine, I highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof if needed.

Custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
